Knowi Apps

Your dashboard shouldn’t bewhere the work stops.

Operational apps on your governed data.
Describe the workflow in plain English, and Knowi builds the app your team does the job in, running live on the data you already trust.

Rebalancing campaign budget inside a Knowi app: the suggested cuts, the confirmation, and the action recorded.
See it built

Watch the whole loop get built.

A store manager app, from the datasets already in Knowi through to a live URL: the data, the sign-in, the database, and a button that emails the summary out.

What teams build

BI takes you to insight.Apps take you to outcomes.

A customer success manager already knows which accounts look shaky. What they want is the reason, the history, and a way to act on it in the same place. Build that.

Customer success

Which accounts need attention, and what to do about it

Usage, tickets and contracts pulled together, with the risk score, why Knowi thinks it slipped, what happened last time, who owns it, and the save play. One screen instead of five tabs.

Operations

The change worth making, with the numbers behind it

The app works out what should change and shows its working: what is underperforming, by how much, and what moving the money would do. Somebody approves it, the app makes the change, and it records who decided.

An operational queue in a Knowi app: the recommended change, the confirmation, and the action recorded.
Payments

Failed payments, with an owner and a next step

The customer, the payment history, who picked it up and what they tried. Regional teams work the list rather than read a report about it.

Customer portals

A secure place for your customers, on your domain

The depth

What is actually happening underneath.

Any AI can write you an app in an afternoon. Then it needs data: connections into five systems, joins that hold up, credentials someone has to own, and rules about who sees which rows.

Knowi already runs that part.

The data

SQL, NoSQL, APIs, SaaS, documents. Knowi queries them where they sit and joins across them, so nothing gets copied into a warehouse first.

The business logic

The metrics and definitions your team already argued over once. An app counts revenue the same way your reports count it.

The intelligence

Anomaly detection, explanations, monitoring. The analysis runs inside the app instead of in a separate tool your team has to go and open.

The access rules

Sign-in is set per app. Row-level rules follow the user, and an app can only reach the datasets you pointed it at.

The actions

Update a record. Trigger an outreach. Call another system. Because “View details” can only get you so far.

The memory

Notes, statuses, approvals. Whatever people enter while they work stays in the app, so next week somebody can see what was done.

And the source is yours

Every app gets its own Git repository, ours or one of yours. Your engineers can clone it, change it with the tools they already use, and push it back live. Take the whole thing in-house whenever you want to.

You describe it and we build it. No technical expertise required.

How it fits

Nothing gets ripped out.

Your app runs on the Knowi data layer, with permissions and governance already attached to it. The systems underneath stay exactly where they are. No duplicate data, no new pipeline to feed it, no second access layer for someone to maintain.

Apps are not what happens after the dashboard. They are the whole idea, from the data to actions.

Knowi Apps sits on top of Knowi. The Apps layer runs describe a prompt, build your custom app, deploy to a secure environment, your workflow. Underneath, Knowi provides AI analytics, a unified data layer, governance, agentic BI, and secure and private deployment, plus dashboards, alerts and reports, data insights, ask questions and chat with documents.

What someone types
“Show the support team the accounts at risk this week, and allow them to launch the save play.”
1You

Tell us the job

Who the app is for, what they need to see and understand, and what they need to do.

Audience: support team
Action: launch save play
2Knowi

We wire it up

Knowi binds the app to the datasets you approved, carries their rules across, and wires up whichever system owns the next step.

What the team gets
One place to review and act.

The data, the insight and the action, all live in the same place.

What does your team do afterthe report says something is wrong?

If the answer involves three other systems, a spreadsheet and good intentions, that is the app. Tell us the workflow and we’ll show you what it looks like as one.
